1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept return and refund requests under the following conditions:
a. Defective or Damaged Products

within 7 days of receiving your order.
b. Incorrect Product
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
c. Size or Fit Issues
In case of size or fit issues, we offer an exchange for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.
2. Non-Eligible Returns and Refunds
Please note that we cannot process returns or refunds in the following cases:
a. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns solely due to a change of mind.
b. Personalized Products
Products that are personalized or customized according to your specifications cannot be returned unless they are defective.
c. Minor Color Variations
Slight color differences may occur due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. Such minor color variations are not eligible for return.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

4. Return & Refund Timeline
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of product delivery.
Exchanges must be completed within 30 days.
Returns and exchanges can also be made in-store.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 days after we receive the returned product.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
For eligible returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For size or fit exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.
6. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return or refund:
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse caused by the customer.
7. Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

10. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.
11. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

12. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
