How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Which shipping company do you use?
Domestic deliveries within Türkiye are handled by Yurtiçi Kargo, while international deliveries are handled by DHL.
How does the return and exchange process work?
Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the product. You can easily create a return request by sending an email to info@thisispcfg.com or, if you are a member, by accessing your order details through the "My Account" page. Email requests must include the order number, product name, and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will be notified about the return shipment. If the product was marked as a gift, a gift voucher will be issued after the return; if it was not marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the person who purchased the product.
Exchanges can also be made within 30 days. Exchanges can also be done physically in the store. For returns or exchanges, the product must be unused and unwashed, and all tags and packaging must be intact. The request may be rejected if damage due to use or customer error is detected.
Who pays for the shipping?
For all returns and exchanges, shipping costs are covered by our company without any conditions attached.
When will the refund be processed?
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 3 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during your purchase.
