Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day. Orders throughout Turkey are delivered within a maximum of 3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
For damaged, faulty, or incorrect products, you can contact us within 7 days of delivery: info@thisispcfg.com. Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability for size/fit issues. Returns are not accepted for changes of mind, personalized items, or gift items. Products must be unused, unwashed, and have tags. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. Transactions can also be completed physically at the store. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the product, using the original payment method.
